Abstract

Artistic communication is the way the artist uses to get his message across to the population. It is full of ideas, emotions and feelings. This study systematically analyzes the scientific production that relates the performing arts with Mindfulness. Bibliometric analysis was used to describe the production characteristics and explore the social, conceptual, and intellectual structures of 233 articles and reviews published in the WoS. Artistic communication and, specifically, the performing arts, are an instrument for the development of Mindfulness. It improves the well-being and quality of life of people.
