https://journals.eagora.org/revTECHNO/article/view/3444

The evolution of high technology in recent years has allowed the biomedical science sector to improve many of its processes, devices and treatments. With the emergence and reinforcement of artificial intelligence, virtual reality, Big Data and the Internet of Things (IoT), they become allies which are representing a great improvement for these industrial sectors. Process sources may include databases, data warehouses, and other information repositories in the biomedical sciences. Thus, in the current context, the technologies called IoT have become a provider of information and data on a large scale.
Edwin Gerardo Acuña Acuña

https://journals.eagora.org/revTECHNO/article/view/4513

This article analyzes the articles published on Covid-19 in the Spanish version of The Conversation from a gender perspective through a quantitative and qualitative analysis of 306 texts published over a year. The results indicate a greater presence of men in the first moments of the health emergency, while female scientists have only had a greater presence in social issues. Likewise, the texts signed by women have obtained less interaction from the audiences and a higher proportion of negative responses.

Maider Eizmendi-IraolaSimón Peña-Fernández

The objective of this research was to explore and characterize the main big data repositories in the area of social sciences available in 2021. The research design was non-experimental, exploratory and descriptive. The population consisted of 110 big data located by the Google dataset search engine. The sample corresponded to the top 10 big data. The results indicated that the most important big data repositories and platforms are centralized by the private sector located in US companies, fundamentally.
Renzo Antonio Seminario Córdova
