We are living a new reality of Digital Economy, where technological innovation has a great impact on how projects are managed. This article has the objective to identify what Project Managers appropriate profile should be in order to face this new reality, taking advantage of using new digital technologies to increase the probability of projects' success and contribute with added value to the economy, the environment, and society. It stresses the ambivalent role that technology plays in her thought. However, it is often difficult to understand what this term is meant to describe. I examine the claims of two movements that use this term: transhumanism and posthumanism. These movements are presented in the context of humanism. Both movements present how technologies are changing human autonomy and how posthuman beings arise out of this change. I formalise and critique these accounts of the posthuman. This research follows a quasi-experimental design with pre-tests and post-tests comparing the influence on cognitive and affective variables of a STEM practice versus an academic-expositional methodology in secondary school. For this, we use the data provided by the LMS (access virtual classroom) and the university's academic management system (grades). For that, we perform various classification machine learning algorithms to predict academic performance with two classes SATISFACTORY or POOR where Gradient Boosted Trees algorithm had the best accuracy 91.79%.
