Abstract

The study revolves around communication type between the player and the world of video game, from the use of Kinect  virtual  reality  system.  For  such  effect,  an  orderqualitative  methodology  was  used  in  which  acquired  experience through experience in life of a group of players who used this technology. The study concludes that Kinect technology effectively simulates reality through the generation of interactive and personalized contents in a context related to games. Under these conditions, the players perceived this technology as a “quasi other one”. This relation was explained through Paracommunication, as a communicative simulation between man and machine.
