On the one hand, the conceptual contents have been reviewed and, on the other, the type of activities proposed. The results show that the term ultra-processed does not appear in any book. While the activities that are presented are fundamentally of compilation and comprehension. No book proposes experimental activities or activities that encourage the development of skills. We suggest incorporating the term ultra-processed, delving into the process of obtaining, composition, and the consequences on health and proposing activities that promote the development of competence in food.</p> ER -
