Redes y su impacto en la innovación de las empresas: una aplicación del análisis de redes sociales (ARS) en la acuicultura sonorense

Resumen

Las empresas disponen de recursos internos y externos para sus estrategias competitivas ante un contexto empre-sarial cada vez más exigente. El conocimiento y la innovación se han convertido en recursos fundamentales en la actual era de la economía del conocimiento. El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en analizar la relación entre la innovación y el entra-mado de interacciones con fuentes externas que implican transferencias y flujos de conocimiento para el caso de las empre-sas acuícolas de la región de Sonora. Se estimaron parámetros relacionales mediante un análisis de redes sociales, los cuales se utilizaron en un modelo de regresión múltiple, para medir el impacto de las características de la red sobre el desempeño en innovación. Los resultados permiten concluir que la innovación tecnológica en las empresas, está determina-da principalmente por la diversidad de las fuentes de conocimiento; así como, por la fortaleza de los vínculos y la posición de la empresa en la red de conocimiento.
